Cihan Topcu

Following graduation, Cihan Topcu worked in the legal department of the Turkish General Consulate in London. As per private carrier, he worked for top tier law firms in Istanbul, engaged in major projects within the energy and infrastructure industry. Besides that, he participated as legal consultant in the largest international mergers and acquisitions projects of Turkey.
Since 2016, Attorney Cihan Topcu independently provides legal services to his foreign clients. The majority of his clients are Spanish-speaking foreigners.
Since 2024, as head of the Spanish desk at Otto Law and Mediation, he has been providing legal support to international clients.
Attorney Cihan Topcu is a member of the Spanish-Turkish Chamber of Commerce (Official Spanish-Turkish Chamber of Commerce and Industry).
